Now TV to bring Sky to PS3 header image

PlayStation 3 users will now be able to access Sky's online TV services thanks to a new agreement with Now TV.

The company offers instant access to channels such as Sky Sports and Sky Movies, which are usually only available via subscription. PlayStation owners will be able to use this service via their console's Wi-Fi connection.

Gidon Katz, Now TV director, commented: "Adding Sky's amazing content via Now TV to the PlayStation 3's services is a real boon for our millions of UK customers."

He added that being able to access the exclusive content broadcast by Sky is a "huge enhancement to the PlayStation entertainment portfolio".

The broadcaster has the rights to sporting events such as Premier League football and Formula 1, as well as hit TV programmes like Game of Thrones.

Avonline satellite broadband can provide the fast and reliable service needed to make the most of the online opportunities provided by consoles like the PlayStation 3.
